Islam The True Message Of Moses, Jesus And Muhammad (pbut)

Nabil Abdel-Salam Haroun | Language: English | Format: PDF | Pages: 65 | Size: 4 MB
The Human mind is the device through which man can explore the surrounding world, and transform whatever his senses (hearing, sight, touch and smell) perceive into ideas and meanings. These ideas and meanings then undergo sophisticated analytical processes that enable man to hold such ideas and meanings as indisputable beliefs. The most important of these beliefs is that concerned with the vast surrounding cosmos: its creation, essence, beginning and destination, i.e. such matters that cannot be perceived by man’s limited faculties.

The Life Of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Abdul Waheed Khan | Language: English | Format: PDF | Pages: 59 | Size: 2 MB
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was born into a pagan society in which every conceivable vice was practiced and very few virtues existed. As he (PBUH) grew up, he (PBUH) watched with disgust the great drama of the evil around him. He (PBUH) witnessed how the human soul was suppressed, how man was oppressing and exploiting the members of society, how the strong enslaved the poor. Through ignorance, error, superstition and outright perversity, man was debauched by evil. Tyranny reigned supreme. Man was drunk with arrogance, religious formalism and luxury. In these times ignorance, Muhammad (PBUH) grew. He (PBUH) walked upright and straight and won from the people of the Makkah the name; “The Trustworthy” who kept his word and never spoke lie. Muhammad (PBUH) was not taught formally by any man, and yet in years to come. He (PBUH) would teach the whole world such as no man has done throughout history.

Oxford Handbook of Genitourinary Medicine, HIV, and AIDS
Author:Richard Pattman, Michael Snow, Pauline Handy, K. Nathan Sankar, Babiker Elawad
Publisher:Oxford University Press, USA | Pages:580 | 2005-08-23 | ISBN: 0198520778 | CHM

Genitourinary medicine (GUM) is an expanding specialty which is primarily related to the treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). A number of GUM departments also offer other sexual health services such as contraception, sexual dysfunction and health promotion.

Services are provided by multidisciplinary teams which include doctors, nurses, health advisers (who carry out partner notification and counselling), receptionists, laboratory staff and secretarial support. ‘The Oxford Handbook of Genitourinary Medicine HIV and AIDS’ provides evidence-based, practical information on the specialty, covering medico-legal, ethical, and procedural issues. The first section deals with routine management, special situations and clinical and laboratory processes. The second section covers genitourinary conditions in a disease-orientated style, including sexually transmitted diseases and other genitourinary problems. The third section on HIV provides a contemporary epidemiological overview of this infection, basic viral biology and pathogenesis, a disease-orientated description of conditions both directly related and opportunistic, and their management, and data on special situations such as pregnancy. Aimed primarily at specialist doctors, trainees and nurses in genitourinary medicine and infectious diseases, the book also appeals to general practitioners and interested medical students.
